Sherpatrappa

Take your taste buds on a journey with our authentic Nepali style dumplings, also called « momos ». The hike that leads to the cable car « Fjellheisen » has been made by a bunch of Sherpas from Nepal. As a souvenir to their hard work, that same hike has been called « Sherpatrappa » after them, the Sherpas path.

We too wanted to pay tribute to their contributions to our beautiful town by building a trolley whose roof would just look like the monument « Bouddhanat » in Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal.

Momos is almost like a religion in Nepal, they’re being made at almost every meals, between friends and familly, who can enjoy each others company while making them.

Served in a steamed form, these little pockets of flavor are filled with savory chicken and fresh vegetables. Since we live in the fish country, we also have a fish option, while pure vegetarians and vegan will also find happiness. A street food favorite that packs a punch!
